I have suffered from migraine headaches for nearly 20 years. Around the age of 18, I started having migraines with aura (which means I get visual disturbances alerting me that a migraine is on deck in T minus 30 minutes. Lucky me).

When it comes to eating healthy on the go, Chipotle is one of my faves, because let's face it, I'm THAT girl when it comes to ordering food (without this, substitute that, with an extra side of...).

What I don't love is how sneaky Chipotle's Cilantro Lime Rice is when it comes to adding unnecessary calories with processed oils.
